Anybody see this show

I watch about 3 episodes and I thought it was a great series even though a little superficial at times. Duchovney is a great burned out player type guy and its cool to see that youngest chick from the "Nanny" grown up and whoring herself out for the camera

Madeline Zima I think her name is.

I watched most of the last season when I got Showtime, along with Dexter. Oh yeah, does anyone know what the song in the opening of Californication is called?

Yeah, I think Californication is alright. It's definitely not up there with Dexter or Weeds for me, but it's fun to watch. Lots of nice boobies in it, that's for sure.

MOGHARR, I believe the intro song was made just for the show because on the soundtrack it's just called "Californication Main Theme." I could be wrong though.

I enjoy the show somewhat, but you can't tell me that's not a role written by Duchovny for Duchovny.

If only I could typecast myself as an oversexed, overpaid, lazy writer who beds anything with tits within a five mile radius.

Moral of the story of Californication: women, and I include myself in this, will watch anything with David Duchovny in it, especially if he takes off his shirt. (I mean, I sat through the first Red Shoe Diaries for that guy. To my eternal shame.)

You know, kind of the way you guys all at least considered sitting through "The House Bunny" when you saw this in the preview:

Seriously though, Californication isn't a terrible show. Duchovny is a very good actor (he proved that in The X-files), and this material suits him. probably for the reasons Undeath mentioned above but hey, anyone who can make any sort of decent show nowadays gets kudos in my book.
