No my eyes are good. Well except when I get a migrane or a bad headache then the peripheral vision in my right eye goes blind

NO thank you sir, I'm not paying some "doctor" to zap my eyes with an over sized novelty laser pointer.
Besides, my glasses make me look smarter than I am.

Can I control it, or is it always on? If it's always on I won't be able to tell the difference between real people and reanimated skeletons, so I'd say no.

Is there laser ear surgery? I'm concerned I will be deaf by the time I'm 60, maybe earlier.

If I shave your beard and keep the hair, do I then get your powers?

Only if you glue it to your face with spirit gum.
Be forewarned, my powers include drinking obscene amounts of cheap booze, blacking out, mega hangovers, and chain smoking.

Did it hurt at all?
Did you have to have the cover of your eye sliced open or did they do the laser through it?
What was your vision? What will it be?
I am hoping to go for it in 2 years.
It is going to be my present to myself when I turn 30.

zero pain...they put in numbing drops and did some stuff including taking a flap off the eye, then did the laser thing...it was all a little weird, but didn't hurt at all.
my eyes were -2.75 and -3.50, and now they're both 20/20
the only downside i'm having right now is my eyes are really dry, so i have to take eyedrops every hour (which should be fun all week at work staring at a computer). that and i can't work out for a couple weeks.
overall, i'd say the procedure is just awesome. there's obviously risk involved to some degree, but i haven't personally met anyone who didn't have great results.

Did you ever feel like you had to blink?
Were you aware of everything going on. I mean, I know you aren't knocked out, but did you know what they were doing as they were doing it?

yea i could blink as normal...but my eyelids were propped open, so they wouldn't interfere unless i tried to squeeze them shut or something.
the doctor walked me through everything that happened as it happened, so i knew when things should go blurry and when or when he was wiping fluid from my eye, etc. if you were in the milwaukee, wi area i'd recommend dr. ireland at lasik vision institute.

The only person I know that had an adverse effect was a former office manager of ours. She is now on restasis for the rest of her life and eye drops. Her eyes are apparently death valley dry if she doesn't take both as directed. She also sees the halo's she called them, at night driving when she sees lights.

Holy shit.
Did she have any warnings that it might end up not working for her?

My grandpa just had this done two months ago. He's 83 years old and doesn't even need glasses any more. All he does is praise this procedure.

No GP actually she did not. I will say this though her eyes even before this were always buggy, that is to say they are really fucking big and I think stick out a bit. Other then that fairly hot chick. But yeah at one point a long time ago, again before she had it done even, a dude here at work asked her if she ever blinked because he said he never saw it.

I am very nervous about going forwards with it because I have light blue eyes that are very sensitive.
I seem to be bothered more than other people about light sensitivity. Oddly enough I have been avoiding the sun since my skin is irritated by it... it all began when I was bit by this crazy guy with fangs.

I've had a tattoo removed with a laser.
Hopefully they can come up with one that prevents hair loss before it's too late.
