Josiah Everhart is a musician who both creates original tunes (first video below) and also covers video game tunes (second video below). I'll let the videos speak for themselves; but overall, I'm impressed with the quality of his creations, and he seems like a very down-to-earth, relatable dude.
Josiah seems financially stable, but wants to expand his YouTube audience and further focus on creating and covering music. His YouTube and Bandcamp links are below, for the interested. He produces content fairly regularly and I believe most of the money he receives goes towards maintaining and upgrading his gear.
