Does anyone play or has played Magic?

I'm primarily started this thread for the newest Core set: Eternal Masters, but this could be a catch-all for everything Magic. I think some people here even play Magic Online or use some other client.

Uh, no, Ghandi. They're taking older, in-demand cards and releasing them in a special set that's designed for draft and to make the cards more accessible to newer players. The set isn't Standard tournament legal, and core sets still exist for the usual price.

The most recent "core" set was Magic Origins. There's always this site if you're unsure of Standard's legal sets:

As for Eternal Masters, I'm mainly interested in its applications for EDH.

Origins was the last ever Core set. Or so they say. Give it five years, they'll change their mind.

Eternal Masters is underwhelming. No Land Tax. No Berserk. NOTHING from any of the Portal sets.

And a fucking King Brago reprint? I CAN STILL GET CONSPIRACY AT MSRP OR LESS WITH ZERO EFFORT.
