If the Libertarian Party had nominated an old white rapist with dementia, would that have made it the yellow version?

Looking back through this thread it's interesting to me that I thought this post was overly cynical, but the whole 2020 election has alienated me from having very much faith in the American politics system. I still think back fondly on Bernie and believe he would've made an amazing president, but at this point this post from four years ago pretty much sums up my feelings on American politics in 2020. I'm glad Biden won, but the fact that Trump still gets two entire months to throw his temper tantrum is nauseating.

It sucks that everybody thinks Biden is going to change everything, when he wants to block things like Medicare For All. The few things he wants to change are most likely going to be blocked by Republicians.

I wish Trump would stop trying to rig the election. It would be funny though if he angrily tried to stay in office while getting pulled out by security, all while being filmed and posted online.

Yeah, I have no idea where the hell my mind was at during this time. I'm glad I changed my shitty worldview though. I can't really take credit though, I have to give props to my wonderful friends and the great people I've met over the last few years. I started hanging out with open-minded, compassionate people that really helped me to be a better person.

I can't believe anybody is still voting for Republicans after their anti abortion and pro insurrection nonsense. I voted Democrat in 2022, but everybody in Indiana votes red. My vote towards the Democratic party won't even count in 2024 thanks to the electoral college. Wish I was able to live in a blue state.
