I've been rewatching Star Trek TNG...that probably ranks as my favorite. DS9 is probably better, but it's easier to casually watch TNG since most episodes don't rely on past events to keep you invested. That being said, DS9 never gets as bad as TNG did, but I also feel it never reaches the same heights as the great episodes.
