I guess I should have checked the sink first. Unlike the stove, it doesn't explode. And it has a butterknife. Now that I have a weapon (sort of), maybe I can kill that bastard Joe! Quickly, to the graveyard!
Die Joe, die! Wait... what? Dammit, I guess I have to be more specific.
I guess the butterknife doesn't count as a real weapon. I guess I'll go back to the kitchen.
You know, I still have that empty pitcher and there's a sink right there. Maybe I can fill the pitcher. TURN ON SINK doesn't want to work, neither does SINK ON. Perhaps USE SINK will work...
Fuck it, I guess I can't use the sink. It's time for Plan B: open the door to the west and see what lies on the other side.
Well, now I'm in a forest. You may remember the forest from earlier in the game where it was represented as ONE TREE standing next to the house. I'm not sure exactly what I should do, so I'll just pick a direction to walk in. How about NORTH?
This screen looks exactly the same as the last one. That doesn't bode well. I better try another direction... EAST?
This is definitely not good. HELP!
Holy crap, I can't believe that actually worked. Judging by that clue, I probably shouldn't be in the woods yet. I could retrace my steps back to the house, but since I saved before I came outside, I'll just RESTORE. I'm lazy like that.
I'm back in the safety of the kitchen, where the only thing that can hurt me is the severely defective stove. I've done everything I can think of downstairs, so I guess it's time to head back into the entry hall and go upstairs.
