Panda Holocaust

      Aside from changing SonGoku into Soaring Eagle and a Buddha statue into a totem polem, the replacement of pandas with grizzlies is the only big aesthetic change between Saiyuuki World 2 and Whomp 'Em. But why? There are plenty of other changes that could have been implented to make the game better fit its Native American theme. I don't know for sure, but I assert that this was the reasoning used to arrive at this decision:

      "Look, I really don't think American gamers will notice the bamboo trees in the background, or any of the other unchararacteristicly Japanese qualities that this game has, as long as we change the panda bears into grizzly bears. The appearance of the panda is so blatant that even their feeble Western minds might notice it. They probably won't, but I ain't taking any chances!"
