I was in Circuit City today, looking for a monitor stand, and as I was browsing through the games, I saw "Absolutely MAD", it's a single DVD with every issue on MAD on it from 1952 to now.

Almost picked it up, but I think I may check a few torrents 1st to see if I can come across it.

Just passing along the info.

In fact, Marvel has those for a bunch of their series, including Spider-Man.

There's actually some pages missing from Absolutely MAD. Some of the pages can be found here:

I wonder if they fixed the missing entries on the new DVD-Rom?

I never realized there was a 7-CD set from long ago.

I found one site about the DVD, but I don't know if I can trust the info, since whoever wrote the article can't add.

7 CD-ROMs = 4.9 Gb
1 DVD-ROM = 8.5 Gb

So, the layers fight for control of the DVD?

Yes. And each side is either called G.I. Joe or Cobra. Rolling Eyes

Absolutely MAD does not have any of the content that was missing on Totally MAD. What it does have is an additional 7 years of MAD magazines, as one was released in 1999 and one was released in 2006.

There is also a DOUBLE SIDED Duel Layer DVD format. (17.1 GB)

So, then you can have a 4-way war for supremacy!
