I'm pretty sure this is bullshit... because a dose of Advil Migraine (for example) large enough to dye someone's blood would likely kill them first! I mean, 1 Advil Migraine Liquid Gel is only 200mg, so you'd need a heck of a lot of pills to dye 10 pints of blood!

It depends on what type of medicine it was. Ibuprofen, Asprin, Acetomephene (or whatever it is). It could've had a reaction with the iron in his blood stream.

Remember that news story, about mosquitoes that carried a mutated string of Malaria, that when a corpse was stung by it, said corpse would come back to life for a short period of time, with an increased heart rate, and be highly aggressive?
