Fun for us as kids involved standing on uneven pieces of firewood before it was split (basically trunk sections about two feet in diameter) and smacking each other with PVC pipes to see who could knock the other one off.
This was, of course, inspired by the American Gladiators Joust event.
Oh, and I'm back from wherever I was this past month..ish (new apartment and new job, still getting used to it)

Tish's rebuttals remind of the fat, spoiled mothers girl that gets picked on a lot at recess, who thinks "mommy tells me I'm special, so I must be special, and none of these brats are!". So she flings around these insults that are horrible, and usually based on the "I'm rubber/you're glue" sentiment. Then, after her instult, which she thinks was a massive burn, she turns around, and walks away, thinking "I showed them!". Meanwhile we're all confounded, and looking around thinking "Wh-...what? That's not an insult?", then she overhears, and thinks "Ha! Lookit that, they don't know what to think", when we're thinking "wow, that's...not even funny. Hey! Lookit that dead frog! It's been and in the sun so long it's hard as a rock, let's throw it at people!"
That really happened, too.

But, back to the topic at hand...
I wasn't born before 1980 (1983 to be exact). But, I'd venture to say that most games my friends and I played as kids would be completely unheard of today. I can remember playing Kick the Can, Ghostman in the Graveyard, and hell even Hide-n-seek! We'd even play board games... do kids even play board games anymore??? I can't say that I've seen any ads for new games in a long time! Thinking back, I can't even count the number of hours that were spent playing Monopoly for example, let alone the other great games: Trivial Pursuit, LIFE, Scrabble, etc. etc. Ah, those were the days...

I think Spanky would be Robin, Jeebus would be Batman, and Sid would be Alfred, only with a Hideo Kojima~esque twist. Like, an Alfred, who everyone thinks is a quiet, innocent, background character, but is really controlling the whole scene for his own, evil deeds.
