What the fuck is wrong with people?

Especially when they are driving?

If it's not alcohol making people drive shitty, it's cellphones.

But now laptops?

Using your laptop while driving can be hazardous to your health as one Californian man found out. The 28-year-old man died after his Toyota Corolla slammed head on into a Hummer on Highway 99 north of Sacramento. California Highway Patrol Commander Scott Silsbee told UPI that the man was probably lost control because he was typing on a laptop.

Despite the crash, the laptop was still powered on and was plugged into the cigarette lighter. The occupants of the Hummer were slightly hurt and were treated and released.

I hate shit like this. I also hate that they sell cars with little TV's in them now, or those front panels that people watch movies and shit on while driving. People don't understand that driving is a life and death matter and not something you fuck around with. You should be focusing on exactly what you're doing while driving, if not, you should be fucking imprisoned and never allowed to drive again.

I'm pretty sure he meant shit on them while parked. That and if you have cloth seats it makes more sense to shit on the tv then on the seat...now if its leather thats a different story.

On my way home from the Bulls game tonight, I witnessed two accidents on I-57 within a minute of each other. In both cases they were going too fast and changing lanes as if they were in a race. Who knows, they might have been drunk.

I know. It goes without saying that anyone who's caught up enough in whatever show they're watching to forego basic road safety in the form of LOOKING WHERE THE FUCK THEY'RE DRIVING is an idiot, and as thus, they have shitty taste. So it can be automatically fact that whatever they're watching is shit as well.

I have a slightly different issue with the TVs in cars. Usually they're designed so that the driver can't watch them -- they're for kids and such in the back seat. However, drivers in the car behind you can see the screen, and it's ridiculously fucking distracting.

"Let's see... okay, I can change lanes now and I need to turn lef-- GAH I'M WATCHING SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS WTF??!!!" -- and then you're suddenly completely distracted from the road. Not because you want to watch Spongebob, but because suddenly there's a TV screen in front of you that you weren't expecting.

I was stuck behind one on a string of red lights, and they were watching porn on theirs.

For vehicles that aren't equiped with those sets, kits are available and can be installed anywhere. A lot of kits come with two screens, one for front seat and one for back.

I'd rather install a series of them outside the car and write messages to people as I pass them.
