Also, I was a confident young lad with an optimistic outlook on life and the future when I first joined, and I thought I was awesome and destined for great things. This was caused by realizing that the internet wasn't the solution to Generation Y's problems. Basically it was an exciting technology that was ruined. At one point we all probably felt the internet could keep us entertained for a lifetime with an neverending well of epicness but it turns out that wasn't the case. Now everyone is on it and the content is cater to the masses now who are of a lower brain function than most of us around here. They have it on their phone so they use it to make us all more dumb as a result. Thats the cold hard truth about the internet now. If you were antisocial the internet was the perfect place to interact. Going out in real life and realizing your not special as there are 100's of people who are very similar to you in being a sarchastic white guy with a belly and white knighting/simping to women while not getting laid despite this hard fought adherence is a an excercise in futility and a waste of time. Also video games end up being pointless when you realize at their core they were made to entertain children and are not applicable to adult problems. Women(about 85 percent of them) are tuned off by the idea of an adult male playing video games and has caused many divorces. Collecting loot crates and feeling like your cool having a Nintendo shirt stopped being ironic around 2009. Syd knew all this but Aquarius man didn't have the heart to break it to us.

JK, but seriously, I do not even remotely think I'm better than anyone else, especially here. Many people moved on in better directions, but many also stagnated and are just rotting in nostalgia in their parents attic. It's really not too late. Move out, go do something. Literally anything.
