Since the forums have been somewhat lacking in [NES:6c694472e8]activity[/NES:6c694472e8] lately, I'd like to formally request admission to the Hugo Wrestling Army. I've seen it on the Usergroups tab since I first joined here and I've always wanted to be a member.

I'm not actually sure what it was (other than this Sydapedia article - http://history.sydlexia.com/index.php?title=Hugo_Wrestling_Army - indicating it was an e-federation), but I want in.
