I wanted to until I saw it cost a hundred bucks on PPV.

Pac won the fight...
I'm pretty pissed. Bitch/coward had to hug pac to win. The judges have got it wrong before, that is for sure. Not going to happen again like it did the last time.
From everything I've read, I'm glad the cheap bastard section of my brain took over.

Shouldn't this thread be in the Sports forum?

it should be in the sports forum, but fuck that fight. such a disappointment. mayweather kept on playing keep away and pacman couldnt get close to him. and he also let him get out of the corner several times very easily. im glad i didnt pay for this fight.

I posted it in the general discussion on purpose. Reason why, I would argue that it bleeds more into general discussion.
Also, I'm glad I did pay for the fight. I was screaming at the TV several times and it was a ton of fun to watch. One of the biggest events of the century.
PacMan won. Look at Mayweather's face and compare it to Pacs. Let's just say you don't win fights with hugs.
Yes, I did lose my shit. I'm still pissed off frankly...

This was made before the fight, which makes it even funnier.

Boxing at this level these days is just a bunch of bullshit. Champs get to make all sorts of terms and conditions and most of them never pick anyone who has a chance of beating them. It's all about publicity and advertising and not about having a good fight with a decent challenger. What a fucking waste of money to be able to have a conversation around the fucking water cooler.
I'm not saying these guys aren't good at what they do, but it's just so handicapped that it is almost fixed. Those PPV prices are fucking absurd as well. Should cost no more than 15 -20 bucks.

You seem to be a little bit angry.
It's the point system that is broken...

There is a lot more that is broken in professional boxing besides the point system. Definitely not angry about it though. In the end, like most things I comment on, I don't really give a shit about it.

That'll teach the general public not to expect a slobberknocker out of a match billed as "the fight of the century".

Yeah, I think anyone who's seen more than a handful of boxing matches would agree there are probably high school fights with more entertainment value. Not exaggerating, I've never been that bored watching boxing in my entire life.

Especially since his last fight with Algieri was so much fun.
