With Syd's blessing I bring you the 2015 Celebrity Death Pool!

Pick celebrities who you think might die over the course of the year and build up points to win prizes!

Here are some rules, as outlined by the originator of the Death Pool on these forums:

-List 10 living celebrities. You can edit your list up until the deadline. -Each death earns points based on age. If your 24-year old dies, you would get 100-24= 76 points. A 98-year old earns you 2 points. Don't pick someone over 100, dumbass. -You are allowed to pick another person if a death opens a spot on your list.

And now for some new rules for this year:
-Lists are due by Thursday, January 15th. Deaths start counting on the 16th.
-Contest ends on December 20th and payment will be made shortly after, hopefully before Christmas if I can reach the winners.

These next two rules are important changes for this year. Take note!
-No picking celebrities who are in a coma at time of choice.
-If someone on your list dies, you have 10 days to respond in the thread with a replacement. If you do not respond within 10 days, you forfeit a spot on your list. You can still replace other deaths in the future but that spot is gone permanently. Make sure to check in with someone new if a person on your list dies!

PRIZES
-First place this year gets a $50 Amazon gift card
-First loser (2nd place) gets a $20 Amazon gift card
-First death of the contest gets a $5 Amazon gift card

For the first death of the contest prize, if there is a tie, whoever chooses a replacement first wins the prize.
In the (unlikely) event of a tie for first place this year, whoever responds first gets the $50 prize and the other person becomes the 2nd place winner.
