So I'm not sure if there are a ton of Anime fans on the forums. However I found a show recently that is unique enough to be notable. It's called Attack on Titan and it is about the Human race's last stand against monstrous humanoids called... Wait for it, Titans! The show is exceptionally well animated although it falls prey to many bad anime cliches, mainly bad dialogue (still a good show though).
By far the coolest part of the show is what the humans use to combat the titans, it's called a 3D maneuver gear, it's kind of a dual hookshot that fires from the hip, it's hard to explain but there is a fan game that lets you try it out at
http://fenglee.com/game/aog/. Tip, aim for the back of the neck, it's their only weak spot.
Anyone else watch or heard of this show?
