Why the fuck did it take so long for companies to start putting pull tabs canned products besides soda? It's not like it took some massive technological breakthough. I should have been able to open my cans of Chef Boyardee Pac-Man via pull tabs.
Tampons should come dyed red. That way, when you see them in the trash, they're nowhere near as gross unless you take a closer look.

Does anyone else hate the "Every Kiss Begins with K(ay)" slogan? It makes no sense. The infinitive "to kiss" doesn't start with K in every language. And how does kissing tie into jewelry? What happened to when we were younger? (Well, the forumers that are in their mid 20's or older) Remember when the bigger your home stereo, the better it was? When you had speaker boxes that were as tall as you, and crammed with 15" woofers and the like. And, the stereo itself was so big, and had so many components it required it's own cabinet? (Tuner/Receiver, Turntable, Dual Tape Deck, CD Player, Amp, etc.)

I just remembered that kids on "legends of the hidden temple" had a really hard time assembling the silver monkey idol. Even as a kid this struck me as odd. I mean, is assembling a monkey idol much more difficult in person? I bet I could do it in like 15 seconds at most.
