Two films on Netflix: Princess, a Danish film with a blend of old-generation video footage and animation and the recent CG version of The Lorax. I definately recommend Princess but it's not for kids.

The guy behind Sinister has a new film coming out entitled The Conjuring. Looks to be another awesome thriller.

Watched Star Trek II, III, and IV in the last few days. I might stop there however because V sucked so hard.

Sounds good, especially since talented horror movie directors seem in such short supply these days.

Just skip it and go straight to VI. That's what I usually do, unless I feel the need to punish myself or have a strange desire to hear Shatner say "What does God need with a starship?"

Too late. I watched V anyway. However I'll have to redeem myself and watch VI sometime this week.

Went and saw the new Oz: The Great and Powerful on Saturday night. Not a bad movie, but not great. Good special effects, and music. Acting not that good either.

Overall this movie was fun, and connected to the original 1929 classic very well. Worth seeing at least once in theaters, and probably worth watching again when it starts to play on the premiums (HBO/Showtime, etc).

......I'm not even supposed to be here today!

Heh, I remember when I bought V at Best Buy ten years ago or so, I got such a weird look from the cashier. I never bought I, VII, IX or X cuz they suck too, but I couldn't resist buying V for some weird reason.

I'm just honest with you. That sounds mad gay.

I've been watching Rambo 4 latley. Kinda weird movie, but i liked it. I experienced the movie like one big never ending action scene. That's pretty much it.

Yeah my Dad had a copy for some reason. Not sure why since he never buys movies because "you can't watch something more than once and enjoy it as much." So I borrowed it and all my friends wanted to see it after we watched the Oscars or whatever it was that had Ted on stage at one point since that was actually kind of funny. We were all pleasantly surprised for sure since we all had expected it to be a terrible movie. Definitely had some good bits in it, wouldn't call it great by any stretch but I'd probably watch it again.

Last movie I watched was the 2011 Green Lantern. A regular superhero movie. Not much of anything. Plot: it's a Green Lantern movie. Definitely a sequel coming. 2 hours. I would have cut it down at least 20 minutes

Lol. Yeah, I guess the title alone makes it sound that way. It's probably not what it sounds like though. It has Clive Owen in it, and an actress whose name I can't remember but she was the main character. It can be kind of tough to follow unless you pay close attention, but rewarding if you do, in my opinion. Check it out on IMBD or Wikipedia, I would highly recommend it.

I watched Friday the 13th Part 3. Great part by the way! Jason kills everyone and uses his jockey mask for the first time. I also watched Alexandro Jodorowsky's El Topo. Pretty awesome! Kinda of weird maybe, but pretty awesome if you are into weird things
