Well, I'm currently up to 74 comics not including Klimb's run and I think it's time for a little feedback. While all the lols are appreciated, they do very little in the way of giving me feedback. Also, I understand that you just can't comment on all of them because you'd probably just repeat yourself over and over. So to give me an idea of my webcomic's status, please take the time to complete my survey. Honesty is the best policy. Sidewaydriver aims to provide you the best entertainment experience possible!

1. How would you rate the quality of my webcomic?
A. Improving
B. Consistant
C. Declining

2. Which comic series do I do best?

3. Which comic series do I do worst?

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?

5. Which comic have I not done that you would like to see?

6. Is this shit getting old yet?

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.

1. How would you rate the quality of my webcomic?

I think it's been fairly consistent, but recently it has actually improved a bit. I think you've done great with Penis.

2. Which comic series do I do best?

Your early Garfields were fantastic because it captured the tone of that comic so well. Second would probably be Penis.

3. Which comic series do I do worst?

Family Circus is probably the least consistent because the one-panel set-up doesn't give you an opportunity to set up a joke.

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?

Archie!

5. Which comic have I not done that you would like to see?

Dennis the Menace?

6. Is this shit getting old yet?

Hell no.

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.

I hope you haven't burned out on this yet. To counter that, even if you only updated once or twice a week, that'd be great. It's fun to go through and read a lot of them in succession, too. There are so many great ones in there.

1. How would you rate the quality of my webcomic?
Improving, for sure. The Penis is a crowd pleaser, and on the off chance it isn't, it never fails to please me. :O

2. Which comic series do I do best?
I'd say peanuts. I've seen tons of Garfield modded stuff around, so it's sort of hit and miss with me. But this last batch you've been bringing up has been quite awesome.

3. Which comic series do I do worst?
Kool Aid man thingy. I don't know if it was just the sheer size of that story, but it was less funny, most likely because you needed to make all 50 panels make sense, instead of the usual 3-8.

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?
PEANUTS!

5. Which comic have I not done that you would like to see?
None really comes to mind, but how do you feel about tackling webcomics? I've seen some weird ones out there, they could use some re-texting Smile

6. Is this shit getting old yet?
Nope Very Happy Make it to 50 pages, then ask again Smile

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.
You keep up the good fight, sir! And I shall make that drawing! I won't post it, but I shall draw it just the same. You know, for me :O

Webcomics? I could take a crack at it. What are some popular ones people would recognize? I don't read any.

I like sticking to the boring, unfunny comics that everyone is familiar with. The punchlines work better that way.

I don't read any webcomics, either, so I wouldn't notice any difference between what was originally there and what sideway would change. That would kill some of the humor in it, I think.

Despite being a newcomer, I just went through the entire topic and read through your comics, so I'll post some feedback for the hell of it.

1. How would you rate the quality of my webcomic?
B. Consistant

2. Which comic series do I do best?
Definitely Garfield

3. Which comic series do I do worst?
I'm not really sold on the Archie comics ones. The kool-aid one was so-so, think you're better off doing short joke comics than big storyline ones.

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?
Garfield, Peanuts (Penis), would kind of like to see another Haggar the horrible strip too, more Calvin & Hobbes would be nice too.

5. Which comic have I not done that you would like to see?
No real opinion, but I like Arlock's idea of doing the Boondocks.

6. Is this shit getting old yet?
Considering I just started reading, I'd say no. But your 'writing style' of sorts hasn't really declined from original comic to newer ones, so I'd say no.

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.
You've got a new reader, keep up the good work.

2. Which comic series do I do best?
A tie between Kool-Aid and Penis

3. Which comic series do I do worst?
Honestly, I can't remember a single Sideway comic I haven't laughed at

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?
Garfield and Dilbert!

5. Which comic have I not done that you would like to see?
Nothing I can really think of...Maybe Rex M.D.?

6. Is this shit getting old yet?
Oh Hell No!

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.
When I grow up, I wanna be just like Nutshot Ted

Thanks for the feedback so far guys. The reason I asked was because I wasn't sure if I was beating a dead horse or not. I also was just wondering who all checks it because I've been paying attention to the views and I get about 100 per new comic. There's probably not a whole lot of feedback you could give on each comic so I thought I'd ask as a whole in a new thread so we wouldn't fill up pages in the other thread.

I've been trying to switch it up, really force myself to come up with something for comics that I haven't done or done much of. Trying to tone down the Garfields and discontinue the Family Circus comics. Family Circus quickly became my standby when I was too lazy to actually do something. It took me forever to do something with Peanuts but once I managed to finally do it, a bunch of them just flowed out. I guess I had to try to get my mind into the feel of Peanuts. Dilbert and Archie have been fun, I'm going to work on more of those but hopefully not over use them. I like both of the Mark Trails I've done too, mostly because they've gone in a different direction that isn't sex related.

I'm going to put more focus on new properties as well try new things too. The Kool Aid Man saga was an attempt to do something different and I was pleased with the results and reception. I think there were enough people who didn't care for it as much also so while I may do something like that again in the future, I'll make sure it's few and far between. I'll look into all of your suggestions. It'll probably take time though, just look how long it took for Peanuts to debut. But like I said, I was just wanting to get a feel for whether or not I should keep it up. I'll keep it going and probably check back further down the road. And Thunderhorse, I love Nutshot Ted as well. Unfortunately I think he's a one shot character in Mark Trail and if not, I doubt there's any more depictions of him kicking people in the nuts. It's a shame.

2. Which comic series do I do best?
Garfield.

3. Which comic series do I do worst?
Family Circus.

4. Which comic series would you like to see more of?

Mutts.

6. Is this shit getting old yet?
No.

7. If you have any additional comments to make, please make them here.
I think you could use more variety and perhaps also do some more longer stories. Maybe also branch out and do some comic books as well. And have some feature forum members and use jokes that relate to the forum more so that it hits people on another level.

Eh. Klim said it before me, it's been consistent, but steadily improving. I personally believe it depends on the comic strip you use. Like, Family Circus ones are ok, but when you have something like Dilbert or Garfield, it's fantastic.

I forgot the other questions.
