And I'd follow Brodeur, but I wouldn't be a fan of whatever team he went to. I'd be a Brodeur fan and want to see him do well. If he had a 1.88 GAA but the team he went to still lost games 2-1, I wouldn't give a shit.

Abomination- the fact that Fox made it look like a fireball when it was shot hard was ridiculous.

I also wish that the NHL would somehow make for some outdoor games if possible. I really like the gritty roots of hockey, too much showiness puts me off.

I thought humanity was in agreement to not mention the Fox glow puck ever again?

And there've been a few college hockey games held outdoors, in football arenas. They set up the rink on the field. One of the rinks they set up was really small, looked like it was around 75 x 180. If they could get a full size rink goin', that'd be pretty rad, though.

The playoffs will start soon, so I think it's a good moment to revive this thread.

Who do you think will make the series in the east? I hope the habs will make the series, now that they're playing well after the awful months of January and February.

It's currently 5-2 for the habs against the rangers in the second period and there are currently 4 Rangers players in the penalty box (2 for the habs).

I think the habs will finish 7th, facing the Devils or the Penguins in the first round of the playoffs. I'd prefer the Devils, because I don't want the habs or the Penguins to be eliminated in first round.
