I'm making a comic featuring the adventures and Charly: a guy who has psychotropical travels by eating some shrooms called "cucumelo" that we have in Argentina...

it had quite the impact back home and on the next episode I'd like to propose the fist fight betwin two of the most memorable Harrison Ford's characters he played... Indi and Han... but I cannot deside who of them will overcome, and the idea of a tie is not good for me...

BTW... no use of weapons will take place... coz Han ALWAYS shots first

Just to ask, is it like a webcomic, or a comic you're actually planning on selling or something? If it's the latter, there MIGHT be some trademark/copyright issues with that unless you're using it for parody purposes. That said, I don't know what the Argentine laws regarding that are, but somewhere, George Lucas' ears will prick up and a cash register noise will come out of his mouth regardless.

I print and distribute my comics and in the first page of it I claim that I don't have any rights over the characters I take from others... everyone can have my comic for free... me and some others work in this amateur comic proyect and my work is the onlyone that is getting noticed...

I got that warning long ago for making fun of a public character from Argentina named Ricardo Fort... I actualy got a law siut from him, but I alredy had put that I don't have any right over the stuff I take from others so that went nowere...

I'm sort of curious about this.

personally, I think it would be very funny to put a spin on it that pokes fun at the "han shot first" debate. You could make it so that the winner isn't clear, and leads to arguments like that.
