Garfield was great in the early days. Sometime in the 90s though, the magic died. Possibly 1990.
The cartoon specials and cartoon series were also great.
And the Garfield car window decoration is a piece of all-time classic kitsch.

You're probably right, but I already said Cathy and Brenda Starr should end with suicides so I was trying to go for less dark. Dilbert should most definately end with an office shooting though.
