I am about 7 weeks into my third round of P90X and honestly, the workouts are great, but the repetition is getting to be mind numbing. I need a change... now. Badly.

I want to keep up the same level of intensity, but I just need some different goals and to stop listening to Tony Horton for at least one month.

Before I pause I need a plan. So I have been starting to make one and I think I might be onto something .

I am going to try to do the following challenges all at the same time:

http://hundredpushups.com/
http://www.twohundredsitups.com/
http://www.twohundredsquats.com/
http://www.fiftypullups.com/

I'll still be doing Martial arts for four nights a week, so I am not losing cardio at all, and the Jujitsu is more intense than the heaviest weight lifting I have ever done. So I think this might just work.

Any thoughts?

So are you on some sort of quest for vengeance?

I must be... but I haven't figured out what I am vengeful for yet. When I figure it out, I'll be prepared!

Today was brutal... My push-up sets were unbearably painful. I finished, but in agony. I tend to think most of the pain is in my head. Limits set by past experiences and a lack of will to push harder. Still... the sets are starting to get brutally large and fatigue is definitely real.

Today's Set:
29 + 33 + 29 + 29 + 40 + Total: 160

Still... in a few weeks I will need to do a lot more. The expectation is to try for:
26 + 26 +33 + 33 + 26 + 26 + 22 + 22 + 60 = Total 274

I personally don't think I can do it in the time frame that this program pushes for, but I might be able to if I pace it a few extra weeks.

Pull-ups, squats and sit-ups are no where near as painful as the push-ups... yet.

Pain is the only true sign you are still alive, and scars are proof you can survive your mistakes!

Those reps are way too excessive.

The goal is to be able to do 100 in a row. The goal is excessive, absurd, and somewhat unrealistic. But to attempt to achieve it, I can't be doing 10 or 15 push-ups at a time.

Outrageous goals must be met with outrageous effort.

I don't believe that it's possible to do all of these at the same time. Unless you have complete individual control of every muscle in your body I think your a liar. I would like to see an attempt though. Now if you did them seperately, sure.
