I thought you were in an IHOP that was in a JCPenny.
Damn I'd go to JCPenny more, despite it being right in the middle of the worst part of town, if they had an IHOP in there. Strawberry Banana Pancakes would be worth possibly getting mugged, shot, or stabbed.

The food there is freaking amazing. If you ever go there you must get their strawberry cheesecake ice cream (in fact it's the very ice cream in every picture of me making that face).
