was hilarious.

If you missed it, catch one of the 9 million reruns that Comedy Central will inevitably show between now and Christmas.

Oh yeah, it was good. I was suprised George Takai was so gung ho about making gay jokes at his own expense (and taking them for that matter.) And Andy Dick looked like he really regretted agreeing to come to it a few times.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I don't think Andy Dick is actually gay, which might be why he started to look pissed off when people kept making gay jokes at his expense.

He acts gay or straight depending on what his routine requires. It could all be an act, but I would guess he's bi.

I taped the roast, hoping to get a chance to watch it this weekend.

Andy Dick been married once and he has three kids, one form his ex-wife and two from his post-divorce girlfriend. He could be bi, he could be straight, he could be gay and he just wanted kids. I really don't care. All I know is that he was damn funny on NewsRadio.

News Radio rocked. Hard to find the reruns nowadays. How I lament the death of Phil Hartman. It prematurely ended that show, and left unprovided additional funny voices for Futurama, and the loss of great voices on the Simpsons.

Dick's performance on that fake reality show on MTV, the Assistant, was hilarious too. I found it odd that I was actually watching MTV, but that show was so funny that I had to watch that channel.

Yeah, that was running through my mind too. I just assumed that he must have come out or something in the past few years since I haven't been paying any attention to anything he's done in a long time.

Recently, Nick at Nite started showing a marathon of episodes one day out of the week.

Sweet. I knew Nick at Nite was starting to buy 90s hits, but had no idea they bought News Radio. Damn, I need to get a Tivo so that I can watch that more often.

I have that movie on DVD and still forgot he was in it. I love bad movies lol. I think he just plays a character at the Roasts because he acted the same way at the Pam Anderson Roast.

"Double Dragon" is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Alas, I haven't gotten the DVD version which will never break down or erode... as it should be. Cool

The only thing that sucks about it is that there are no special features.

Now that you mention it, I would love to see a documentary retrospective on the film and how it changed video game movies forever. Or just show Robert Patrick, Alyssa Milano, Mark Dacascos, Scott Wolf, that chick from Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Paul Dini crying while we laugh, whichever. Razz

I don't know, it's tough to beat Schumacher apologizing. How is that clip not on YouTube yet?

I wish someone would put it up. I wanna get the dvd so I can hear it over and over, but I don't wanna have to keep watching Batman and Robin, it's a conundrum.

I put up one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6epsGrcuTs, but I remember another clip where he said, "If I offended you in anyway with these movies, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I'm still looking for it. Might have been on one of the commentaries.

Watched it on tape a couple of nights ago, pretty damn funny. George Takei's presentation was definitely the best.
