One time Syd said that the rule only exists so tons of people will not join the forums just to ask where to get roms at. That and so when people find this site on search engines it doesn't look noobish with all the rom conversations. The best way to ask is through PM's.
Besides, they promoted roms with the NES challenge.

No I dont want NES roms those are easy to get. I want 3DO roms and one in particular called Sex. Its an Interactive Movie which I want on my PC for reasons.

.... I never touched her nipple. She didn't even have a nipple ring ... that I'm aware of. I wouldn't know cause she didn't tell me and I didn't touch her chest!
