Recently I felt like just killing some time, so as an exercise I decided to create DVD artwork for a nonexistent movie. I thought I'd go for kind of a direct-to-video, House on Haunted Hill type look. The result is below.

If a movie is going to insult your intelligence, I'd love for a tagline to just come out and be full blown insult.
Instead of Unrated, it should have some cheesy version like Unsheathed or Unconquered.
