If you'll recall during the Trial of the Monarch (episode 12 of 13 in the season), the Monarch refers to her as Dr. EX-Girlfriend, meaning that they were dating and it has ended. I don't know why that's so hard for you to understand. Also, if you think everyone in a dating relationship would fuck someone else because they had one fight then you have clearly never had a girlfriend.

Dr. Jeebus that was a figure of speech. Her name is Dr. Girlfriend and before that she was Queen Atheria. Like in a real Marriage you have the option to change your name. Also the Monarch was told she ran home to her mother like what most wives do after getting into a fight with there husbands.

Dude, you really shouldn't pretend to know what a marriage is like when it's obvious that you draw all your conceptions of what one is from sitcoms. Like others have said, you've probably never even had a girlfriend to know what THAT kind of relationship is like, so don't go trying to tell us The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend are married when the whole joke of their relationship is centered around the fact that they are merely dating.

Black Zarak I have a relationship and Dr. Jeebus is like Sean Connery with insults.
Again they are not dating when they act like if they are married. If that is dating then god all mighty that has to be the most boring dating life in history. Only a married couple would fight over such things when a dating couple would be all over each other.
They are married and almost all the characters are aged and is not young. That is a marriage Not dating.

So because they're old and they fight, they're married? Now I know you're not in (or have probably ever had) a relationship. I don't know what you think having a girlfriend/boyfriend means, but I assure you, you do not spend every waking moment together with your lips mashed together and hands all over each other. And you definitely fight from time to time in any kind of relationship, it's not reserved solely for married couples. You have such a warped view of the world, it's a wonder you can walk upright. Though, judging by your posts, maybe you can't.

You know what to hell with you all. I am too tired and too hot to have this redundant conversation to continue. They are married or not together or whatever in my eyes there relationship is a marrige and if that was boyfreind girlfreind crap then it would be a lame Boy freind girlfreind relationship.. Case closed and if you want to bring the Gay KK to me at my door with there fire sticks and Monarch is not married but dating then by all means do so. Then again todays Marriages don't really mean anything at all.
If fact why not sign me up for one of these Monarch is dating Forums and I will dispute my ideas there.
Relationships of Today will never be like tommorow.

If it's worth noting, in tonight's new episode, Dr. Girlfriend was referred to as the Monarch's former girlfriend multiple times.
For example, in reference to Phantom Limbs, the Monarch says, "He stole my girlfriend"
Also, when speaking to the Monarch, King Gorilla says: "Love - it was in your voice when you spoke of your girlfriend."
Not that actual in-show, canon evidence would matter to Regal...
