in 8th grade i read some book and i have no idea what it was. i remember the main character had a twin brother who was more athletic than him. he found some kind of shed or something where time was a lot faster, so he went in there for a year and worked out and stuff, and when he came out he was in great shape and a year older then his twin. there was more to it then that, but does anyone have any idea what the book was?

That wasn't a book. That was when Goku went into the Chamber of Time on DBZ.
