Okay. Here is my contribution to this one: A quiz based on Tribute to Black Concert T-shirts, and the 100 Best NES Games articles!
I don't have any fancy ways of presenting this, its just a google doc, but I did have a lot of fun coming up with the questions. They're intentionally scrambled in terms of order so you can't just read through the articles in order to find them. If you re-read both articles though, they shouldn't be too hard to answer.
Some of the NES Games questions in particular might be tricky if you don't re-read the whole article, but hey--that's why its a quiz. And this one is open book!
Also, the quiz is one page. Answers are on the second page. Don't spoil yourself if you don't want to.

The deadline is tonight, but I will probably not get to judging for about a week as I am at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco this entire week.

Alright y'all, here is Doc and I's submission for round two! We decided to go with a crossword puzzle, and we based it upon the Link to Love and Bad Dudes articles.
I'd also like to sweeten the pot a bit - for the Sydlexian that completes this crossword with the highest score, I'm offering one month of Discord Nitro, or a $10 Amazon gift certificate - winner's choice!
If you're interested, send me a screenshot on Discord of your completion score that includes a timestamp of when you finished the puzzle.
In the event of a tie, the user who finishes the puzzle first will be considered the victor. Winner will be selected Sunday March 24th in the evening.

jprime, you can't keep disappointing jprime like this. Don't you know jprime's history with the Forum Battle? How can you do this to jprime?
Also, yo!!!!! These puzzles are really good SH, CB, and doc. I want to have a good time on the crossword puzzle so I'll wait til I can sit down and really pay attention to it.

Here are some hints Klimb:
1 down: the answer is the image's numerical position in the article - and link is holding 17-across's answer in it.
2 down: We see it in a screenshot, and Syd mentions it.
3 down: He's not missing something you can hold per se; there's something wrong with one of his possessions
7 down: The song in question is quoted as the title of one of Link's guidelines

And there was much rejoicing! Can't wait for Round 3!
On the crossword side action, Klimbatize and Fernin were the only ones who sent me screenshots. Fernin answered one fewer clue than Klimb, so Klimb is the victor!
Side note, 10 Down was a crapshoot - referencing Jay Underwood in the 1994 version of the Fantastic Four, which I have never seen, nor knew anything about beyond my cursory googling

You are executive director of the Syd Lexia Dot Com Forums Video Game. You have a budget of one hundred million dollars before marketing expenses and your pick of any game developers, living or dead, to help you make this the best game in history.
However, a cruel twist of fate has made Warner Brothers your game publisher and you need to sell David Zazlav on the concept before the project can move forward. Zazlav hates anything that doesn't make back 50x the budget, which means you have to convince him to greenlight your idea.
You have until April 25 to submit your greatest game design documents. You don't need to worry about marketing - WB will handle that for you. You just need to come up with the best game idea. Explain how it works. Use some diagrams. No AI.
