I don't see why not? I have brougt frozen Eggplant Parm from the store, that is pretty much precooked, you just throw it in the oven to heat it up.

Yes. I make it all the time and I freeze it afterwards. Your best bet is to cut the leftovers into individual serving sizes and freeze them that way. Otherwise, it's a bitch and a half to defrost the whole thing when you won't be eating the whole thing at once.

And don't forget to use airtight containers. Freezer burn makes food taste like post-marathon balls.

I think he's assuming that marathon balls taste terrible, without having had to actually taste the balls of a man who just finished a marathon. Probably drawing from his experience with average everyday balls and then scaling up for additional nastiness.
