Does anyone know how to capture high-quality (i.e. DV-quality) video from MAME? I need to record snippets of a couple of arcade games and that seems like my best option, though I have no idea how to go about doing it...

i'm really not the person to ask about this, but i've heard of a program called fraps that people use to capture video. fireworks springs to mind too, but i have no idea what that one does. i'd look into fraps if i were you.
