Some of these people are most definitely not celebrities. Siblings of famous people are not celebrities. Same goes for obscure political or organizational leaders from Pakistan who most people have no clue even exist. I would also argue that certain actors/actresses who just had minor roles on old shows or bit parts in movies do not qualify as celebrities. I think we could expand that to random athletes who did nothing of note other than be on a pro team at some point in life.

Don't make me go crazy in here, because I will just start posting a million fucking people who are famous only in their own countries, if we want to get to that level.
