How long will we as a nation be expected to treat this like the most sacred day of all time? Were Americans judging each other's patriotism based on their remembrance of Pearl Harbor sixteen years after the fact?

I mean, I don't think people are treating it like 'the most sacred day of all time.' It doesn't hurt to pause and reflect after an event like that.

There are plenty of other anniversaries we acknowledge and/or celebrate. Pearl Harbor being one of them, in fact.
