That guy was my brother's and Syd's age. Not to mention what happened to that poor stuntwoman. I mean, I am still planning to see the movie; having seen the first five, I might as well.

The first movie is enjoyable in a "I'm hungover and it's on TBS, let's finish it I guess" kind of way. The rest of those movies are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I don't even give a fuck that they barely follow the Resident Evil storyline or whatever (they'd probably be WORSE if they did) but they are just BAD fucking movies. Avoid at all costs.

The movies are utter trash. Sadly I'm in the same boat, as I ended up seeing the fourth movie because "I've seen the first three, so I might as well", which also ended up being the same reason I saw the fifth one. Given that it's been so long since I've seen the fifth one, though, I can't really muster up any motivation at all to see the last one.
