Found this Recipe online and was feeling frisky so I'm making it right now.

So I started off with 2 pounds of Smoked Applewood Bacon and 2 pounds of Country Style Sausage gathered from my local fresh market. I used a non-BBQ rub, but a general rub that is my personal favorite. Adam's General Rib Rub (or used for any meat as stated on it).
Then, layered the Country Style Sausage on top of it.
After that, Cooked up the left over bacon, pressed it into the Sausage and covered it in BBQ sauce. (apologize for the blurry pic)
The Rolled up the Sausage.
Then the Bacon.
Final BBQ Glaze... Then into the Oven (I don't have a smoker).
It's currently baking right now. Can't wait to get into it. I'll let you know if it turns out good and if I have to have triple bypass surgery.
