Pretty intriguing use of color there - makes some of the sketches quite vibrant.

These are nice, and... it's a weird thing to comment on, but...
I really liked your signature on the last one :O
Did you try out some and came up with it, or did you just wing it? Smile
(Sorry, I studied typography in college Razz )

That was pretty much how it ended up the first time. I wanted the 'e' to evoke the swirl background and the first time I drew the 'h' it had a sort-of 2 quality to it, so I made it into the 2.

I'm a fan of ligature. Razz

That swirl in the background of the second picture reminds me of "Zombies Ate My Neighbours".

Here's one where I wish Flipnote had an extra layer/color, or a brightness level. In the first, the character blends too much into the background:
Image

With a red background it separates nicely but I lose the character highlights:

I threw it into Photoshop to adjust the background, quick and dirty:

Oh well, I still like it. Razz

Awesome new stuff. I like the one of the girl. I think the first one of her is the best and the fact that she blends into the background works for me.

Couldn't decide which coloring I liked better.

Then I took it into Photoshop and went all Andy Warhol:

Do you have a 3DS? If so, do you have Colors! 3D?

I'd love to see what you could do with that app.

Yeah, I WISH I had a 3DS, especially the new XL. I love my DSiXL; I use it, with no homebrew, almost as much as my PSP loaded with it. Razz

That program looks awesome, too. I'll have to remember that if I ever do get one.

Those are some kickass drawings. PCP Man remains your best work though. Dare I say Magnum Opus?

That PCP Man picture is one of the best things I've ever seen on this site.

Maybe he needs to take a crack at African Well Man.

This one's bigger because these are three unfinished ones that I pieced together in Photoshop.

Still really fun to look at. That last one reminds me of Gunnerkrigg Court.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.
