This is hard. Like....really hard. Sooooo, in no particular order:

1. Watchmen
2. Kingdom Come
3. Sandman
4. Maus
5. Demo

Special mentions go to The Walking Dead, DMZ, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, The best Batman volumes (and if you read them, you know what they are) and the first 5 Hellblazer collections.

Only gotten back into reading them recently, so list is a little different:

1) Chew
2) Y: The Last Man
3) DMZ
4) The Boys
5) The Walking Dead

I still have a few I want to get into, Maus being one of them.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

Hellboy is fantastic if you like the supernatural. It's all very cinematic. Mignola knows how to tell and draw a ghost story.

I'd really like to see a Hellboy movie/show based off of his art style.

I agree. The closest we may ever get is The Amazing Screw-on Head

1. The Crow
2. The Walking Dead
3. Sin City
4. V for Vendetta
5. Y the Last Man

I'm freakn religious about these books. Number 1 is IMO the closest comics get to Shakespeare. If they do do a new movie I hope it's a panel for panel recreation like Sin City was and not like any of those abortion sequels after Brandon Lee.

I'm actually just beginning to enjoy the TV show of TWD. Prior to that I'd watch every ep and cry about how it's not like the books. I don't mind if the plot changes - in fact it's better to be surprised - but it needs to feel more like the comic for me to love it - which it has been accomplishing in the last three or so episodes. It's the only book I really get anxious for the next issue to be released.

Did anyone else feel like the end of Y was a bit of a cop out? I felt they could have done more but just wanted to kill it and move on in a single issue. Magic book though.
