Who said I want to be less angry? Besides, listening to angry music when you're not angry just gets you angry for no reason, which is even worse. So if you're going to listen to angry music, better to already be angry.

That Unsane song is alright, I'll have to check them out.

Yeah Behemoth isperfect for anger.

For me nothing hits the spot like Cannibal Corpse when I'm angry.

The Haunted are a close second.

Number one is probably this:

And then after that, probably either "Is This Childish Enough Sean Ford?" by This Song Is A Mess But So Am I or "Tabloid Sores" by HEALTH.

I second Painkiller and Kill the Poor (and I'll raise you Screaming for Vengeance and Chemical Warfare).

As for my working out the anger way, this is one I like to go back to:

If I'm trying to relax myself, this one usually helps:

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

I love me some Andrew Jackson Jihad, but i would say a song that really calms me down on that album is "Who are you?" Such a great song

Here's a song that helps me get out my rage as I drive home from work

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2hOW5wPBXk

How do I post this so you guys don't actually have to go to youtube to see it?

By the the way this is my FIRST post... I've stalked this website for YEARS but just never created an account, but now that I have... I must say, Syd, I love you, but you are a scary looking bastard... I don't remember which thread had your picture, but that was the first time I wanted to sign up, just to say that, so I'm saying it now even tho it's kinda irrelevant. But I hope this site never goes away. I'll send all the expired cereal, milk and played out Mcdonald's toys that are necessary to keep this place alive.

Even though Dead Kennedy's obviously lean to the left, they also have songs filled with social satire, funny lyrics and don't ever directly push anything in your face. Rage is just "Capitalism bad, Communism get's a bad rap, we're friends with Castro, fuck you I won't do what you tell me" and that's about it.

I'd much rather listen to surf punk with jangly guitars and a funny front man than a bunch of frat guys with Che shirts on, screaming their middle school politics over scratchy guitars and a mediocre rhythm section.

Well, if I listened to the same two-or-three songs whenever I'm angry it would just make me angrier. Very Happy

The Dead Kennedy's only steal peoples mail, but you have to take all that music with a grain of salt anyway, i dont need a band to teach me my political opinions or who to vote for.

Ah, Hail and Kill. Fantastic choice.

Mine is Fuel or Ride the Lightning by Metallica. Sometimes Fade to Black, although that's more my moping music.
