I hate the humor. All of these modern comedy troupes (Stella, et al) just like to start awkward conversations and then just stare at each other. When having a conversation where someone just says something goofy is followed by silence to get a laugh, then the silence is the punch line, making all of your acts and jokes the same exact thing.
That said, I love Jon's voice work. He was awesome in Home Movies, Venture Brothers, and Archer, and his sense of timing and playing around with his voice just makes every line awesome. Hell, he was the only reason I watched Bob's Burgers, and he was pretty good in that (the rest of the show was ass, though).
