Any fans of this show here? I love the Anipals and Doug. I love the blatant ignorance and racism on the show, as well as the demented, disturbing themes. For example, on safari day, Doug thanks the jungle for its many valued resources, which include a gorilla hand ash tray, an elephant foot umbrella holder and Jazz music.

TV Funhouse, comin' through! With animals that pee and poo!
Anipals adventuring! Out in space or playin' with string!

I kinda liked it. A lot of the animated segments were pretty awesome, like the Jokamel thing.

I seem to recall a segment where Anne Heche, Robert Downey Jr. and some equally insane person were private detectives. That might have been an SNL TV Funhouse sketch though.

You're thinking of the detectives/celebs who were always drunk and/or high. They were Robert Downey Jr, Margot Kidder, and someone else. They managed to stumble throughout the whole sketch and nothing was ever solved. It was on SNL.

I'm almost positive the third one was Anne Heche.

UPDATE: In fact, it was. Here's an article that mentions the "Kidder, Downey, and Heche" cartoon, apparently it was from TV Funhouse:

Yup, it was on TV Funhouse. I don't know if it aired there originally, or if they aired it on TV Funhouse then played the short on SNL. But yeah, it was on TV Funhouse for sure.

I was originally going to post about the Dell QVC thing, but I found this, too.
