Oh yea it's totally a promo, but still...that was the canonical definition of the trope "The Reason You Suck Speech" for Professional Wrestling. There's no way that didn't sting Vince on the inside. The fact that Paul Heyman got paid to do it, Paul would probably do that for free on any two bit Wrestling media outlet.

Actually Syd, I think it's from Hey Dude. To be honest I just remember the quote.
