Bravo Syd.
Creative, entertaining, and over the top. The obviously large amount work you put in to make the list was worth it.

Gah, I just realized I hadn't said anything in this thread yet in spite of meaning to all day...
Wonderful job, Syd. This was more than just a stupid 'AFD' joke, and was something genuinely fun and entertaining to browse through.
Its all very clever, but I have to say that the re-purposed quotes from the other lists are my favorite parts as well. (Although its kind of depressing that I've read the other lists so much I can actually recognize the quotes, and exactly which entry they came from... )

The only quote I recognized was the one on #01 being the same as LttP on the SNES list.

I can't remember what number it was, but my favorite reused quote was one from the SNES Aladdin entry, talking about how much better the game looked on the Genesis. Made me laugh quite a bit.

I also need new synopses for about 50 entries The synopses should be accurate. This work will be uncredited. |

Let's see how long this lasts: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_Boy_Wario_Land#Reception
Quote: |
Nintendo Power listed Virtual Boy Wario Land as the best Virtual Boy video game ever. The editorial staff praised it for having the same great gameplay that the Wario Land series is known for as well as its entertaining 3D effects.[2] ScrewAttack and Gametrailers consider Virtual Boy Wario Land as the only good game on the Virtual Boy.[3][4] In April 2010, SydLexia.com named Virtual Boy Wario Land as the best Virtual Boy game on its list of the 100 Greatest Virtual Boy Games Ever.[5] |
