I posted this here since it's a product related to a card game.

I was wondering when food and beverage companies would start capitalizing on Magic, but at the same time, it sounds kinda stupid.

What I don't get is that you have to order a 12-pack, and there is only 5 different flavors.

Woundn't 2 of each (10 Pack) or 3 of each (15 pack) make more sense?

I didn't get that either, and people pick on the soda because they think WotC is desperate for funds or something like that. I would've made a 20 pack with 4 of each, but I suppose whatever is needed to reduce the price.

Those sodas are really good. I actually picked some up a few months ago when they came out. I didn't realize they were still making them, so I'll have to check the places around here that sell Jones Soda.

Am I the only one who imagines the Necromancer's Tonic has a fruit punch flavor?

I wonder if Kenai sells Jones soda. I'd buy those. I'd imagine the Elixer of Purity is a cream soda, Illusion Infusion could be like those blueberry(?) mountain dews that endorsed World of warcraft, and Beast Brew looks like classic Mountain Dew. I imagine Necromancer's Tonic is root beer or cola, and Purifying Fire is fruit punch.

The sodas are root beer, cream soda, green apple, blue bubble gum, and fruit punch.

They're all really good, but the green able is the best sugary one. Cream soda and root beer are always good though.

Have you tried the D&D sodas (which are almost the same it seems like)? I've been debating with myself about whether to give them a try or not. (I'd have to order them by mail I think since no one around here seems to sell them.)

If they're Jones soda, then they're exactly the same. Jones has a few flavours they make, but they have HUNDREDS of different labels.

I bet it is, since the labels look very similar. That's cool; I'll have to hunt some down. I love root beer and cream soda.

Whatever you do, if they still make it even, don't ever, EVER drink the Turkey flavored soda. I was working at a comic shop in Cape Coral, FL and some kid let me try some of his. About an hour later I projective vomited all over the parking lot and all I could taste the rest of the day was bilious turkey soda flavor. A pack of Dentyne and a thorough brushing didn't even help. It was flavor hell.

Oddly enough the Turkey and Gravy Soda is a big hit when they release it for Thanksgiving, doesn't sound very good to me. WHAT!?

I like Jones because they have a fuckton of variety, and use real cane sugar as opposed to that fructose corn shit.

I think very few people actually drink it, it's a collectors item.

Yeah, it should totally stay a collector's item too. I'd much rather drink a can of Billy Beer that's been kept inside of somebody's attic. But you only live once, right?

There's still some debate on that...
