So Kurt Angle was arrested this morning for:
violating an order of protection filed by girlfriend Rhaka Khan
being in possession of HGH
driving with a suspended license
Angle claims he has a legitimate prescription for HGH. He will work the Hard Justice PPV tomorrow. This incident severely undermines his credibility and the feeling around the TNA locker room is that Jeff Jarrett will be reinstated into TNA. Two Jeff Jarrett allies, road agents/bookers Savio Vega and Dutch Mantel were fired as fallout from the Angle/Jarrett drama. It is unknown if they will be rehired.

I saw this a few hours ago on another board, it's weird how eff'ed up Angle has gotten over the years, and seriously? Rhaka Khan? I guess Angle really does have a big thing for black women...and I'm willing to bet he'll probably have to drop the title to Sting. I can't see Matt Morgan getting it, and Sting just seems more likely.

It's hard to say. Matt Morgan has been getting a push lately, and I could see them giving him the title. If it was up to Vince Russo, Morgan probably would get the title. But since it's up to Dixie Carter, yeah, Sting will probably get the title. His contract is up in October and she wants him to re-sign. If he doesn't, this will likely be his retirement. So we could see Sting hold the title until his contract ends, either as an attempt to get him to resign or simply because he's Sting and they want to make his retirement meaningful.

I don't think he is a douchebag quite yet. The fact is he just isn't entertaining and I doubt losing him would cost the company as much money as everyone thinks. Make him move over for someone who people actually give a shit about.

Angle plays the company's top heel very well, the arrest arguably gives him more heat. But the fact that he could be put on jail or probation is a problem for the company, so he'll most certainly lose the belt tonight.

I'm kinda disappointed by the results, mostly for Nash winning the Legends belt, and Joe winning the X-Division belt off Homicide. I still like that Daniels won no.1 contendership, and Hernandez winning back his FoF briefcase.
