This is what Quan Chi would have looked like if he had been in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.

2009 is now the official year of Hollywood raping our childhoods.

Why can't they just stick to the source material? Surely a blue sheet with eye holes in it would've been much cheaper and better than a metal bondage gasmask thing.

When exactly did they go from the cowl to the helmet with the silver facescreen?

Probably because they don't think the classic blue mask is cool enough for today's audience which is bullshit in my opinion. These are OUR cartoons/childhoods they are fucking with!

Pretty sure he had his battle helmet first before had the cowl. Of course now the explanation is that he wears the helmet in combat and the hood for ceramonial purposes.

The first episode had the helmet with the silver mask. I can tell you that for cetain. Quite frankly the fact that the movie is revealing more than his eyes pisses me off. His mysterious nature is what made him cool. When Cobra Commander was gone G.I. Joe was dead to me. The movie doesn't exist in my version.

Damn, why must I get to be so happy for the Wolverine & Trek movies, but so pissed off for GI Joe and Transformers? Stupid Hollywood, raising my expectations.

The new enemy of crunchberry Cobra Commander:
Can he protect his crunchbery head against GI Joe's new ally? Watch the movie and find out.

QTF! Far more effective and probably less expensive than the lame ass costume they are using in the movie.

well, ever since batman showed people how to make cartoon/comic book movies right (i.e. realistic and badass), they want to copy that and make enemies that 'make sense' in terms of the real world. which is why GI Joe looks terrible imo.
that, or i just made that shit up. probably the latter. damn hungover drunkenness

Holy mother of god this looks crappy.
GI Joe himself looks like he's part of the movie X-Men too. I fear for this potential piece of shit.
