I actually prefer the way the extra space looks. Plus, it becomes harder to read all bunched up while I'm writing & previewing.

I can't guarantee anything, this whole idea of not putting a space in after a quote is just shear madness to me....but I'll see what I can do.

I don't like extra spaces after quotes, but what I find a lot more annoying is when people quote whole posts instead of just the relevant portions that they are responding to.
