I had to read this book called Pooh Unplugged in preparation for a presentation I have to do on Karen Finley next month. And I have to say: it's a big pile of poo.

Basically it's a parody of Winnie the Pooh and it portrays all the characters in adult situations (Pooh having an exposed genitalia, Eeyore wearing pantyhose and lipstick in an effort to sexually arouse Tigger, etc.), which is kind of amusing at first. But what really kills it is the fact that the drawings suck. It seriously looks like a child did the artwork. It gets boring REALLY quick.

I never heard of Karen Finley prior to my assignment in my literature class, but all I can say is that she's a bit of an attention whore by the looks of it (kinda like my ex-girlfriend... bitch).

I wish I had some pics to share, but I don't have a digital camera (or image hosting service, for that matter) and I didn't see any pics besides the cover art when I searched for it on Google images.
