Haha, that sounds like an interesting documentary! Unfortunately you won't find an entry for this series on IMDb because it's made for mobile devices (although there will also be a DVD).
The actress playing RoboGirl is Elle Parker.

I googled her and all i'm getting are random pictures of Sara Jessica Parker on the cover of something called 'Elle" . . . i went searching for a hot chick and ended up with Ferris Bueller's shoe obsessed wife.
